Film Winding: Once the plastic film has been formed and cooled, it is then wound onto rolls by a winding unit. The rolls of plastic film can be later used for various applications, such as packaging, printing, or further processing.
Optional Additional Processes: Depending on the specific requirements, the film blowing machine may also include additional processes, such as film treatment (e.g., corona treatment for improved printability), inline printing, or other customization options.
The film blowing machine can realize high-efficiency plastic film production. The size of the die head and the number of holes can be adjusted as needed to change the thickness and width of the film. The closed environment is used for production to reduce environmental pollution, and energy-saving technologies such as electromagnetic heaters are used to reduce energy consumption.
