Plastic Bag Making Machine

The envelope bag making machine is an automated equipment specifically designed for producing packaging containers such as envelope bags and express bags. It processes and shapes plastic film or composite materials to meet the needs of e-commerce logistics, document packaging, and other scenarios. Its core process includes material supply, precise cutting, heat sealing molding and other links, which can efficiently complete customized production of bags of different specifications.

Material supply system: Using customized plastic film rolls (such as PE, PP, or composite films) as raw materials, the materials are stably transported to the processing area through a constant tension unwinding device.

Cutting and heat sealing device: The precision cutting module completes the film material cutting according to the preset size, and the heat sealing device achieves sealing by melting the edges at high temperature, ensuring the sealing strength and flatness.

Folding and Forming: The folding mechanism is used to shape the bottom or sides of the bag, and combined with an automated conveyor system to complete the bag forming process, suitable for various designs such as envelope bags and square bottom bags.
